Customer Service Officers
 
- Handle information counter duties including attend to walk-in customers or visitors, and answer enquiries
- Attend to bowling lanes, bookings and operations
- Administrative duties including management of files and records 
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
 
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level with credit in English 
- At least 1 year experience in retail operations
- Excellent customer service skill
- Pleasant, mature enjoy meeting and serving customer with friendly disposition
- Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
 
 
 
Bowling Mechanics
 
- Attend to technical problems
- Service machinery equipment
- Routine Maintenance
 
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec mechanical qualification
- Mechanical background with or without experience 
- Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
